The founder of The Healthified Life, the go-to health and wellness platform for busy women who dont have the time but want to live a healthy life. I’m an ASU graduate with a BA in Nutrition & Healthy Living and Wellness Foundations, I’m also a certified Nutrition Coach, Group Fitness instructor and kale obsessed, I even have kale socks, that I wear at least once a week.
After dancing in the NBA for the Golden State Warriors for 7 seasons and now helping coach the back to back NBA champ dance teams I became obsessed with quickest easiest hacks for living your best life without sacrificing the things you love to do.
I used to feel like I had to make meals with a million recipes and do it all on my own. All I could find online was a digital download but not someone in person I could talk and get what I personally need catered to. This is why I decided to figure out exactly how to make quick easy meals every day without meal prepping for 15 hours and cooking gourmet meals.
Since then i’ve made 90% of my meals at home, focused on self care, sustainability and achieving my fitness goals while having multiple jobs and being that busy girl.
