Starting with the basics we’ll healthify your kitchen, bring mindfulness into your life, and make sure you stay hydrated. then we’ll make sure you feel comfortable enough to make the best decisions for yourself in any situation be it a restaurant or grocery store. these small things are going to make you feel your best and have that confidence to help you live your best life.

Life Goals

✔️ we’ll walk through your biggest wellness goals so that you feel like your best in all aspects of your life

✔️ nutrition 101: how to read a nutrition label, navigate the grocery store, how to make a healthified version of your fav meal

✔️ I’ll answer all your big scary nutrition questions that hold you back from nourishing your body

Let’s Get Cookin’

✔️ you’ll learn all my tips and tricks: weather you’re a pro in the kitchen or don’t even know how to boil water

✔️ learn how to make a meal in 30 minutes or less with items you already have in your pantry

Hey! I’m Amira

The founder of The Healthified Life, the go-to health and wellness platform for busy women who dont have the time but want to live a healthy life. I’m an ASU graduate with a BA in Nutrition & Healthy Living and Wellness Foundations, I’m also a certified Nutrition Coach, Group Fitness instructor and kale obsessed, I even have kale socks, that I wear at least once a week.

After dancing in the NBA for the Golden State Warriors for 7 seasons and now helping coach the back to back NBA champ dance teams I became obsessed with quickest easiest hacks for living your best life without sacrificing the things you love to do.

I used to feel like I had to make meals with a million recipes and do it all on my own. All I could find online was a digital download but not someone in person I could talk and get what I personally need catered to. This is why I decided to figure out exactly how to make quick easy meals every day without meal prepping for 15 hours and cooking gourmet meals.

Since then i’ve made 90% of my meals at home, focused on self care, sustainability and achieving my fitness goals while having multiple jobs and being that busy girl. Now I’ve created The Healthified Method to help other women who were feeling just like I was, and I am SO excited to be able to share it with you!

After The Healthified Method course you will….

  • Have a fully stocked home, work space  and even purse to keep you on track and make sure you’re never left in a time crunch with nothing to make or eat!

  • Know how to cook meals in 20 minutes or less each night

8 Weeks of 1:1 High Impact Coaching

We will chat each week for one hour to go through your goals, plans and how to crush each of your weekly phases outlined in the course.

2 Custom Meal Plans

You will receive two meal plans to help you based off your personal goals. These plans will change as you do to help you on track with all those goals while sipping on a glass of rose with the BFF.

2 Custom Fitness Programs

If you have never walked into a gym, or can do 50 pushups in a row, we will assess your current standing and get you to those fitness goals. And its just you and me girl, so no need to feel worried about stepping foot in the gym, unless you want to!

Goal Setting Workbooks

These workbooks will help you figure out what you want out of our sessions. Where will you be in 8 weeks? How will you feel? What is your motivation level? What are you afraid of? Were going to get down and dirty with this upfront so we know what your mental blocks are so we can overcome them!

  • YOU WILL BE A ROCKSTAR IN THE KITCHEN AFTER WE FINISH OUR SESSION! NEVER STEPPED FOOT IN THE KITCHEN? WE WILL WALK THROUGH THE BASICS OF MY FAVORITE QUICK COOKING TIPS AND HOW IT DOESN’T TAKE MUCH TO MAKE A QUICK MEAL TASTE GREAT

WHAT IF I AM REALLY PICKY AND HATE KALE?

  • (RAISED HAND EMOJI), EXCEPT FOR I LOVE KALE. IM SUUUPPER PICKY. THERE’S MANY THINGS I DON’T EAT, AND THERES A LOT OF THINGS I LOVE TO EAT. SO WE’LL WORK WITH WHAT YOU LOVE TO EAT AND MAKE THOSE THE FOCUS, AND FORGET ABOUT ALL THOSE OTHER ITEMS THAT YOU DON’T LOVE. WHO KNOWS YOU COULD JUST FALL IN LOVE WITH KALE IN THE PROCESS :)

WHAT IF I’M A GYM NEWB?

  • WE ALL HAVE TO START SOMEWHERE. LUCKILY WITH 1 ON 1 TRAINING WE’LL GET YOU FEELING COMFORTABLE AT ANY STAGE YOU’RE IN ON YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY AND GET YOU TO WHERE YOU WANT TO BE. AND IT’S JUST GOING TO BE YOU AND ME! SO YOU DON’T EVEN HAVE TO STEP FOOT IN A GYM.

I’M VEGAN / VEGETARIAN WOULD THIS STILL WORK FOR ME?

  • YES!! I HAVE BEEN VEGAN AND VEGETARIAN BEFORE, SO I KNOW YOUR NEEDS AND WHAT TO DO TO MAKE SURE YOU’RE STILL GETTING ALL YOUR NUTRIENTS. I GOTCHU COVERED!
